Tunic
A tunic was a simple piece of clothing worn by both men and women in Bible times. It was shaped like a long shirt, reaching the knees or the ankles. It was usually made from wool or linen and was worn next to the skin. People often wore a cloak or outer garment over a tunic when needed.
