God commands heaven’s army (compare Joshua 5:13–15; 1 Samuel 4:4; 1 Kings 22:19). Daily sacrifices were offered to God in his temple, where his name dwelled, and Israel worshiped their King (Isaiah 18:7; Ezekiel 43:6–7).
