And thou shalt prepare a meat offering for it every morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of an hin of oil, to temper with the fine flour; a meat offering continually by a perpetual ordinance unto the Lord.

And a grain offering you shall prepare with it, morning by morning, a sixth of an ephah, and a third of a hin of oil to moisten the fine flour, as a grain offering to YHWH. This is a statute forever, in perpetuity.

Notes
Ezekiel described the prince's duties during special celebrations, including Sabbaths and new moon events. The prince represented the people in worship. He joined them in a procession through the temple and had the unique ability to approach the sacred area for them.
