1A Psalm of thanksgiving.
Make a joyful noise to the LORD,
all the earth.
1A Psalm of thanksgiving. Shout to YHWH, all the earth.
2Serve the LORD with gladness;
come into His presence with joyful songs.
2Serve YHWH with gladness! Come before His face with a shout of joy!
3Know that the LORD is God.
It is He who made us, and we are His;a
we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.
3Know that YHWH, He is God; He has made us and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
4Enter His gates with thanksgiving
and His courts with praise;
give thanks to Him and bless His name.
4Enter His gates with thanksgiving, His courts with praise; give thanks to Him; bless His name!
5For the LORD is good,
and His loving devotion endures forever;
His faithfulness continues to all generations.
5For YHWH is good; forever is His loving devotion, and unto generation and generation His faithfulness.
