Psalm 112
The Blessed Fear of the LORD
Hallelu YAH! Blessed is the man fearing YHWH; in His commandments he has delighted greatly.
His seed is mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness stands forever.
Light has risen in the darkness for the upright—for the gracious, and compassionate, and righteous.
The good man is gracious and lends freely; he contains his affairs with justice.
Surely he will not be shaken forever; the righteous will be as a memorial forever.
Of an evil report he is not afraid; his heart is firm, trusting in YHWH.
His heart is upheld; he will not be afraid, until that he looks on his enemies.
He has scattered—he has given to the needy; his righteousness stands forever; his horn is raised high in honor.
A wicked one will see and be angry; he will gnash his teeth and melt away; the desire of the wicked ones will perish.
