10And in the days of Saul they made war with the Hagrites, and they fell by their hands, and they dwelt in their tents over all the face of the east of Gilead.
The Descendants of Gad
18The Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh had 44,760 warriors—valiant men who carried the shield and sword, drew the bow, and were trained for battle.
18The sons of Reuben, and the Gadite, and the half-tribe of Manasseh, of sons of valor, men bearing shield and sword, and drawing with the bow, and skillful in war—forty-four thousand and seven hundred and sixty going out to the host.
20And because they cried out to God in battle, they were helped against their enemies, and the Hagrites and all their allies were delivered into their hands. Because they put their trust in God, He answered their prayers.
20And they were helped against them, and the Hagrites were delivered into their hands, and all who were with them, for they cried out to God in the battle, and He heeded the prayer of them because they put their trust in Him.
21They seized the livestock of the Hagrites—50,000 camels, 250,000 sheep, and 2,000 donkeys. They also took 100,000 captives,

Epher, Ishi, Eliel, Azriel, Jeremiah, Hodaviah, and Jahdiel.
They were mighty men of valor, famous men, and heads of their families.
24And these were the heads of the house of their fathers: Epher, and Ishi, and Eliel, and Azriel, and Jeremiah, and Hodaviah, and Jahdiel. They were men mighty in valor, men of renown, and heads to the house of their fathers.
25But they were unfaithful to the God of their fathers, and they prostituted themselves with the gods of the peoples of the land, whom God had destroyed before them.
25And they were unfaithful to the God of their fathers and played the prostitute after the gods of the peoples of the land, whom God had destroyed before them.
